What's your ultimate job – the sky's the limit?
Dream job would be working on projects abroad – I'm thinking Sun, Sea, Sangria and Shoots! I've visited pretty much every studio in London so it's time to spice things up!

In the middle of doing someone’s makeup. The repetitive part of the job frees up the rest of my brain.

How would you describe your job to a little kid with big dreams?
I ask a lot of questions, connect dots that don't seem related yet, and help turn messy thoughts into something people can really get behind. It's a bit like being a record producer. I'm not the singer, guitarist or drummer, but I help everyone find the right sound and make sure the final track is something people can't stop coming back to: a hit record!
