Our Founder and Exec Producer, Rachel Dyson launched Parkview Creative in 2019, with the ambition of doing independent production differently: A flex-to-fit model that delivers high calibre creative craft while centering the people who make it. It’s an idea distilled from versatile experience gathered in agencies and in-house; from start-ups, to luxury brands and household names. Clients can expect a lean, responsive creative approach that pushes the boundaries of expectation. Rachel cut her teeth making mini docs with the likes of Fabien Baron, Alessia Glaviano, and Inez & Vinoodh. This gave her a finely-tuned instinct for creative excellence, and how to get there. It fired up her ambition to use creativity for good, and to champion under-represented voices, which today translates as the Parkview Creative maker network of diverse specialists. Her fascination with people and creating spaces that include everyone are central to every Parkview Creative endeavour. She believes that projects thrive by letting real voices shine through; from talent, influencer, regular citizen, to the representative crews that include both established and emerging names. Plus, of course, our clients, who become collaborative partners at every step of the creative journey. As an experienced photographer herself, she understands the power of compelling creativity and is relentless in her pursuit of the craft. She builds agile and expert teams that deliver memorable and engaging outcomes – from film to photography to TVCs and digital campaigns, smart social storytelling to longer-form documentary and a lot more in-between.

Our Head of Production, Madeleine Valder has been instrumental in the growth of Parkview Creative from the outset. With a background in advertising and talent management in fashion, and then music, it’s no surprise she sees people as the beating heart of creative production. Here for the talent, whether in front or behind the camera, under Madeleine’s oversight, our teams are empowered to confidently do the best job they can. Madeline ensures client campaigns truly connect with their audience, and that everyone is set up to deliver brilliant work. She’s there to pull together the resources and the team that will smash the brief, from the first call with the client to the campaign release (and often beyond.) This includes smart budgeting that won’t compromise creativity, nor Parkview’s people-centred values. Infinitely curious, Madeleine is primed to turn her hand to whatever the brief presents: From original storytelling, to delivering marketing and social campaigns, to producing music promos for independent artists. In a world where no two days are the same, she thrives on working with the client and team to deliver a unique creative outcome, and nail the brief, every time.

Emily Fleuriot is a creative director and brand storytelling strategist with 20+ years of experience shaping brands through audience-first narratives. She joined Parkview Creative to help us grow our creative capabilities and unlock bold new ways to tell stories – ones that spark transformation, elevate underrepresented voices, and drive real-world connection and community. Whether crafting a powerful rallying cry – like NIVEA Global’s CSR launch NIVEA Connect – or driving culture-first campaigns for Gen Z audiences with adidas Originals, Lipton Ice Tea, or PUMA, Emily brings purpose, imagination and humanity to every brief. Her career has spanned in-house and agency roles, in senior positions across consumer, corporate and employer branding, marketing, comms, and publishing. This breadth of experience has made her an adaptable, integrated creative leader – someone who thrives on industry and organisation-level change, but never loses sight of what stays constant: our innate need for stories that reflect our experience, and ones that drive authentic connection and community.
